Happy St. Patty's Day...

Hope everyone had a happy green day and didn't get pinched! Bourbon had a great day at daycare yesterday! They had a St. Patty's Day celebration at doggy day care with green doggy beer (ODoul's and broth) and corned beef dumplings. Bourb was so excited and ready to go yesterday! So with the wag of a tail and beer money in tow, off we went! Apparently Bourb didn't care for the green beer, as it was non-alcoholic, but he loved the dumplings....

As for us, we are doing well. Charles is in and out with the boat lately which causes my "schedule" to be totally non-existent. Pretty soon he will be gone for deployment. Ahh. Hopefully the time will pass quickly. I'm so ready to get home and see everyone.

Girl's Day 3.6.2010

We had a girl's day last Saturday! We started off the day by the Hale Koa pool in Waikiki and then headed to Duke's on the water for dinner!

Hello everyone!

We hope all is well. Everything here is going pretty good. We are still right in the middle of rainy season here in Hawaii, but overall everything is going well. Today, it was raining when I woke up and it will most likely be raining when I leave work.

Charles is out to sea once again, and Bourbon has started daycare at a new place near my work. I take him on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays on my way up the hill. He seems to be enjoying it pretty well. He loves playing with other dogs and his neighbor friend, Porter the black lab, also attends daily.

I've finally gotten our garage to a manageable mess. Almost everything is in its place and we still have room for a car! I cleaned out, and I'm planning on having a yard sale on Saturday to earn some extra cash.

Mama Carol will be joining us in about two weeks to see her baby. We are excited to see her!

Submarine Ball is coming up on April 16, and I've already gotten my dress! I'll have to get a picture up soon! All I need to find now are shoes!

Well, I guess I'll be going now. I'm at work and the day is nearly over. Can't wait to get home. Its been a long Monday! Whew!
