Unfortunately, this day started as a disaster and kind of ended as one. But there was fun had in between... I forgot my camera. Boo. So these are the only photos I got thanks to Lindsay! Charles had the wrong medals on his uniform and had to buy new ones at the last minute....he also forgot his dolphins for his uniform and most importantly he forgot to try on his dress whites to see if they still fit. Bad news is we got dressed at the hotel and didn't find this out until he was getting dressed. Needless to say...THEY DIDN'T FIT! I wanted to kill him, but I didn't want to ruin this fun night. "What am I gonna do?" he asked me with worry. "I don't know...just let me think", I said. So off I went (ball gown and all) downstairs to the store. With scissors in hand, I had a plan. I cut the side seams on his uniform which gave him some room to breathe. I could tell he felt horrible. "No one will notice", I told him. And you know what, no one did.

Whew, Its been awhile...

Hello everyone!

Can you believe the month of March is already over and its the first day of April??? Wow, how time is flying.

Well, we just had a wonderful week long visit from Ms. Carol. She came last Wednesday and flew back on Tuesday night. We took tons of photos so I will have to get them up for everyone to see. Hopefully I can do it soon! We were at the beach everyday, and we didn't miss any opportunity to "power tan"! We also went on an hour long helicopter tour around the entire island! It was absolutely amazing! We will definitely be doing it again when we get the chance.

So now everything is back to normal....Bourbon had his Easter pictures taken at day care yesterday, and I can't wait to see how they turn out! Charles is home for a bit and I'm back at work...Submarine Ball is coming up on April 16th, and then soon after we'll be preparing for yet another deployment. Ugh. I don't even want to think about it. Ugh is all I can say.
