A little bit of work...

So I work at an Interventional Pain Management Clinic. We do all kinds of procedures to help reduce pain. Lucky for me, I get to try 'em all for free. This one is accupuncture. It hits certain trigger points to release a lot of muscle tension. And yes, it really works! That's 14 needles there...
A little bit of what our doctor's do...(No really this is rare! We are hellaciously busy!)
In O R for spinal cord stimulator implant....

Catching up from, well, everything...

Here are some very fuzzy phone pics from the Better Than Ezra concert we just happened upon while we were in Houston. We were thrilled!

Kitty in the sink, kitty in the sink...
My beautiful baby taking a nap next to me. I love his snout. I could just kiss it all day long!
A few weeks ago, I was extremely sick. I was dehydrated, nauseas and had flu like symptoms. It was horrible and I missed nearly a week from work. I was exhausted, bored and literally laid in bed EVERY SINGLE DAY. I don't know what I would have done without my 3 babies by my side each day (probably lost my mind). While napping one day, I looked down and saw one of my most favorite shots I have ever been able to get. Hope you enjoy as much as I do... It was dark and I only had a phone nearby....So look closely.

On Valentine's Day, Bourbon made me a card at day care. He signed it with a berry kiss from his snout
He also hammed it up for the Valentine's photos...
Hope you enjoy a little look into our life!

To The Mommy...

A formal blog apology for the mommy in law for not including the mommy in law in the previous posted blog from the holiday adventure back home...

Ahem, ahem, uh hum....( Clearing throat)

C is for Captain, Morgan that is,
and don't forget the diet to add a bit of fizz.

A is for accounting, numbers and such...
money and taxes, she knows so much!

R is for really hard to come up with something with
"R" for some reason. Please continue to "O".

O is for Oh my, is that fur?
She loves the fuzzies and will give a "purr"!

L is for Lancome, her favorite stuff....
juicy tubes and powder puffs...

THE END!

Hope I'm out of the dog house! I love you!

A New Year...

So, a new year, a new start! Let me catch everyone up on what's been going on since our last post.....

Charles came home from deployment on December 2. I was so thrilled to have him home. It's so hard being without him for so long.

We came home for Christmas and got a chance to spend time with most all of our friends and family...We had a great time. It made us miss home even more than we already do....
On January 18, we took a submarine cruise to Maui for the night....Amazing! Wouldn't trade those quick 18 hours for anything. I had to fly back to Oahu, and Charles had to go back on the sub. But really, who gets to say they took a real submarine for transportation...TWICE in my life! Oh yeah, we saw whales circling the sub....lots of 'em!
(Picture taken on bridge of sub with Maui in background)
We celebrated our 3rd anniversary of being married on January 26. I'm sure many of you out there thought we wouldn't even make it this long.... We had an amazing dinner at Wolfgang's Steakhouse in Waikiki, spent more money than most people's car payment, and enjoyed EVERY SINGLE BITE! After a two long deployments, 3 moves and being married to me for 3 years, I really think Charles deserved a damn good steak....
And Oh yeah, we BOUGHT OUR FIRST HOME! We closed on February 17!
Homeowners! Wow!
